Synopsis : An unsavoury plot is being hatched in Kashmir, the Valley of Flowers. It is generating a lot of money that has found its way to all the big boys, from politicians to the intelligence teams.
Vikram (Sanjay Dutt), from the Military Intelligence, takes on the alias of Gul Jehangir to unearth the plot. A blast almost kills Haji (Anupam Kher), a separatist leader. Is it just another blast or is it somehow connected to the conspiracy?
Vikram, with the assistance of Aziza (Bipasha Basu), sets out to find out what is going on and it is a bumpy and dangerous ride.
Can they stand up to the politicians, military, and the freedom fighters, to let the Valley experience some peace? Or is it too late?
