| | Always take a Healthy Lunch to work. It can be anything from a Tuna and Bell Pepper Pocket, Pasta, lasagna, enchiladas, Bean soups along with fruit salad, pasta salad. You could also make a large batch of pizza (with gluten free crust of course) with all the different vegetables that you can eat. But make sure your Lunch contains: Bottled water or juice. Assortment of fresh fruits and veggies. Proteins: cheese, yogurt, nut butters, eggs, meats, etc. Carbs: crackers, whole grain breads, pitas, etc. Afterall, a HealthyDiet is key for good health. |
